Balasan Surat Keluhan ( Letter of Adjustment)

Dalam menulis jawaban terhadap keluhan, penjual tidak perlu menulis panjang lebar tentang bagaimana kesalahan terjadi. Penjelasan yang diinginkan oleh pembeli yang mengeluh ialah penyelasian masalah yang ada.
